The Patient Activation Network Podcast is live at the 2017 Planetree International Conference on Patient-Centered Care. Our next guest is Alan Manning, Executive VP of Planetree. Alan shares his heart-wrenching patient experience with his daughter, Katie, and how he lost her to a congenital heart defect at only six months old. Alan discusses how this patient experience propelled him to make a difference in healthcare and how he is making that difference at Planetree. All this and more on the Patient Activation Network Podcast.

I had the honor to be in the audience for this. Thank you and Alan for the work you do. Truly inspiring!
I had the honor of being in the audience with this terrific speaker! We had mandatory Education Day at Shore Physicians Group, Somers Point, New Jersey. I dreaded the thought until Mr. Manning took stage. What an inspirational man!! He educated us with personal stories that made us cry and laugh. I didn’t lose interest for one second!!
